When do I receive my order?

We do everything we can to deliver your order a.s.a.p. We have all products standard on stock so your package is always delivered without any delay.

If this is not the possible due to circumstances we will inform you same day.

Order data

After completing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase data. The order will contain your order number and the shipping information.

Have you made a mistake in your delivery details? No problem. Please contact us before 15:30 by mail or call +31 (0)84-869 3381 and we will adjust it immediately.

In addition, with my order you always have access to the current state of your order.

Order process

1. Collect your products in the shopping cart and go to checkout.
2. Enter your personal data and in particular check your shipping address.
3. Enter your discount code and complete your order.

If you do not have an account yet, you can easily create this during the ordering process. This way you always have access to your orders, invoices and deliveries.

Checkout & payment methods

It is possible to pay in different ways. We recommend Creditcard or Paypal for a quick processing of your order.

If you use a manual transfer, do not forget to mention the correct payment reference. This speeds up the payment process and prevents delays.
