1. When do I receive my order ?
We constantly strive to deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible. If you have placed your order on working days before 4:00 PM it will be shipped the same day.
If this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances we will inform you a.s.a.p to confirm the adjusted delivery date.
2. Did I place my order successfully ?
- You will receive two emails from us: an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation. You will receive your order confirmation almost immediately.
You will receive the second message when your order has been successfully shipped. Is the confirmation taking longer than usual ? Then please contact our customer service.
3. How long does it take before I receive my order ?
If you place your order on Monday to Friday before 4 p.m your package will be shipped the same day.
If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will be packed and shipped on Monday.
On public holidays we may have to use adjusted delivery times.
4. Can I still change or cancel my order ?
Yes, if your order has not yet been processed you can still change or cancel the order. Our system processes the order immediately upon placement so that we can deliver the package as quickly as possible. However, it is possible that the order has already been packed and shipped and can therefore no longer be changed.
If you want to change something to your order please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can be reached on working days between 09:00 and 17:30.
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled outside of these times or on weekends.
5. I am looking for a product that is not on the website, what now ?
Are you looking for a specific product or part that you cannot find in the webshop ? Please do not hesitate to contact us.
In many cases we can still order these items for you. Please use the contact form above stating your desired Part No.
6. Which payment terminal is right for me ?
We understand that it can be difficult to find a suitable payment terminal between all brands and models.
There are many different models. For example, you can choose from a fixed terminal, a mobile terminal or a Pinpad linked to your cash register. Often each model has its own advantages. So a lot of options to choose from.
